Reservations
Please make your reservation by calling the Spa Desk at 313-885-9002 or visiting our location at 21023 Mack Ave in Grosse Pointe Woods, MI. Upon making a reservation clients should be prepared to provide credit card or gift certificate details in order to secure the reservation. Your card will not be charged unless there is a failure to cancel your reservation according to our cancellation policy.
Arrival time
If it is your first visit to the Edwin Paul Spa we suggest you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow ample time for check-in, changing and relaxing in your serene atmosphere. Clients who frequent the spa need to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time.
Late Arrivals
To allow others to enjoy our services, treatment will always end at the scheduled time, so please remember to be on time. If you are running late, a phone call is greatly appreciated. When possible, we will reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to reschedule another appointment time, your services will begin as previously scheduled, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled so the next client may start promptly.
Cancellations
Demand for Spa Services is high. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 100% of the service rate deducted from your Edwin Paul Spa Gift Certificate or your credit card.
Gift certificates
Edwin Paul Spa gift certificates are great for any occasion and are available in any dollar value you choose. You may purchase gift certificates directly from the Spa or from the Edwin Paul Salon. If you are unable to visit our location, please call our Spa desk at (313) 885-9002 and we will be glad to mail out the certificate that week.
Gift certificates are non-refundable. Prices of individual services and spa packages do not include gratuity. Prices are subject to change without notice.
