Express

No oil, no lotion, no shower. Restore blood flow and oxygen to tight sore muscles with tension relieving techniques, such as pressure point therapy and various massage modalities, applied right over your clothing. Finding the time in your day for a massage just got easier.

Deep

A combination of deep tissue modalities, such as shiatsu and acupressure. Crossfibre and polarity are applied to all layers of the muscles that have become depleted of their normal blood and lymphatic flow. Promotes relaxation o your body and mind can heal.

Prenatal

Relaxation for the "mom to be" is not only good for mom, but also for the baby. Balance physical and emotional changes that occur in the body during all the different trimesters of pregnancy. Massage tables are equipped with removable tummy sections, enabling mother to lie face down. Please consult your physician before booking this appointment. A note from your doctor is recommended.

EP Hot Stone

A real favorite! This massage utilizes the earth and some of her elements. Hot stones are placed along each side of the spine and other areas of the body to relax and stimulate reflex points. The therapist uses a combination of smooth stones, massage techniques and energy balancing, to bring your body, mind and spirit to a new dimension.

Reflexology

Focusing on the feet, this soothing massage stimulates self healing abilities of the body by applying pressure to reflex points in the feet, which correlate to different organs, glands and muscles in the body. Wonderful for stress reduction, circulation, relaxation and healing.

Reflexology Marine Treatment

All the benefits of a reflexology session and more! Marine self heating mud is applied to the feet, which detoxifies, rematerializes, pulls out stagnate fluid and heats up the reflex points, preparing them for a revitalizing reflexology treatment.
